Farmerline is a Ghana-based agritech company on a mission to help smallholder farmers build lasting wealth. In 2024, Farmerline launched Darli, an AI-powered chatbot that delivers hyperlocal agronomy and business advice in 27 African languages, including Twi, Swahili, and Yoruba. Darli helps farmers make timely decisions on planting, soil health, pest management, and post-harvest handling, bridging last-mile information gaps with conversational guidance via voice and messaging. The AI assistant complements Mergdata’s data and remote sensing capabilities to turn insights into action in the field.
