Founded in Cairo, Egypt, in 2017, BlinkApp emerged from personal motivation after one of its founders experienced a car accident. The company has since partnered with the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology and leveraged R&D funding from ITIDA and academic collaborators to develop proprietary technology. BlinkApp has filed several patents and has been awarded two zero-equity grants amounting to over $200,000 to drive product development and scale its impact.

With the mission to enhance road safety and save lives, BlinkApp continues its ambitious growth, aiming for millions of users across B2B and B2C channels, including insurance, fleet, and consumer markets.
